• Tinplate Thickness: 0.23mm

• Material:

  • Tinplate: Food-grade, laminated with a special holographic film

  • Plastic Insert: Recyclable, food-safe inner tray

• Tin Structure:

  • Square shape with rounded corners

  • Sliding lid design for easy access

  • Inner plastic tray to keep the gum fresh and secure

• Size: Based on our technical drawing (R004-TND-20240603-V1)

✨ Holographic Printing & Visual Appeal

This project used CMYK offset printing directly onto laminated holographic tinplate, creating a vibrant, laser-like shine that reflects light and shifts in color when viewed from different angles.

To enhance the overall visual impact:

• Glossy, food-grade varnish was applied both inside and outside

• The result is a high-end, dynamic finish that draws attention in retail settings

• All materials are food-grade certified, including inks, varnishes, tinplate, and plastic insert

• SGS testing is available on request

• Both the tinplate and plastic insert are recyclable, supporting sustainable packaging goals

• Production is done in our dust-free workshop under ISO 22000:2018 Food Safety Management System
