At the beginning of June 2025, the entire MeiXinLong Packing team took a well-deserved break from our busy production lines and set off on a two-day team building retreat in Zhuhai, China. As a leading manufacturer of custom food tin boxes, we believe that strong teamwork and shared experiences are the foundation of long-term success and high-quality service.
Why We Organized This Retreat
In our day-to-day operations, we focus heavily on precision, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. But behind every tin box we make is a dedicated team. The goal of this retreat was to foster better communication, collaboration, and trust among colleagues—while giving everyone a chance to relax and recharge outside of the factory.
Highlights from the Trip
Zhuhai, known for its coastal beauty and relaxed atmosphere, offered the perfect setting. We explored scenic spots by the sea, shared meals, played games, and participated in outdoor activities that required teamwork and creativity. Whether it was hiking along the coastline or just laughing together during evening gatherings, every moment helped us grow closer as a team.
