We put fully packed master cartons onto our specialized vibration simulators to mimic the exact shaking, shifting, and structural stress of a long ocean or truck transit. If an inner tin gets dented or the outer carton structure shows signs of failure during this simulation, we immediately halt the process and redesign the packing configuration.

Our philosophy is simple: If it can't survive the lab, it doesn't get loaded onto the container.
